Comments: This story just drew me in, and then walloped me. I applaud a truly well written story that dealt with such sensitive subject matter; it stands as a well crafted tale that was obviously the work of incredible imagination and creativity. The Highlander universe fell short on these qualities, for the most part, due to the "powers that be" wanting the path of least resistance to lead to the most profit. This is an example of the "could have been; should have been". I am an avid fan of Highlander FanFiction, and I never hesitate to express my thanks for great efforts such as these. Comments: I am just blown away! Another brilliant example of Highlander fan-fiction just blowing the official dreck AWAY. I could actually visualize Christopher and Adrian in their roles, and imagine hearing them speak these words, and interact in this story. They would have had a field day with this, as it magnified the undercurrent of the relationship they displayed in the series pilot, and "Endgame". Thanks so much for this story. You have provided another example of just how Highlander fires our imaginations and dreams and sparks our creativity. And I loved the Amanda bits too!
